At Catlink EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Catlink EU account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the box for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection through our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
